Gauryog Bioenergy manages industrial B2B delivery schedules. We ship technical testing samples via standard courier networks, and complete commercial orders using specialized multi-ton cargo trucks and tipping trailers.

1. Free Technical Sample Dispatch

To help you verify boiler compatibility, we dispatch free 5kg to 10kg technical testing samples of our pellets or briquettes.

• Processing Time: Sample requests are dispatched within 2 to 3 business days following telephone confirmation.
• Transit Window: Shipped via domestic express courier channels, reaching your production plant facility within 4 to 7 working days nationwide.

2. Commercial Bulk Cargo Freight (Multi-Ton Invoices)

For official multi-ton contract orders, transport schedules are planned out individually according to your monthly combustion demand:

• Delivery Areas: We manage bulk transport operations primarily out of our New Delhi hub to production sites across neighboring industrial belts.
• Lead Times: Initial freight runs leave our yards within 3 to 5 business days after advance payment confirmation. Recurring contract deliveries are dispatched automatically according to your pre-scheduled dates.
• Unloading Control Window: Drivers are allotted a strict 3-hour unloading buffer upon arrival at your factory scale. Delays beyond this window will trigger standard hourly freight demurrage fees.

3. Delivery Verification and Transport Damage

Because biomass absorbs ambient moisture if left exposed, all bulk shipments are securely tarped before dispatch. Upon delivery, your warehouse team must verify the total weight at the local weighbridge and check product moisture quality before signing the delivery challan. Any structural issues or transport weight shortfalls must be recorded immediately on the driver's paperwork for invoice reconciliation.
