Welcome to Gauryog Bioenergy ("Company", "we", "our", "us"). These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website accessible at gauryog.in and our commercial supply services. By accessing this website or placing a commercial order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
1. Commercial Quotes and Contract Formation
Gauryog Bioenergy specializes in the bulk B2B supply of industrial biomass pellets and briquettes. Any commercial quotations provided via our automated quote system, email, or telephone are valid for a standard period of fifteen (15) days from issuance, unless specified otherwise, due to seasonal variations in raw material agricultural residue markets.
A binding contract is only formed when we issue an official order confirmation invoice detailing freight logistics, tonnage capacities, and agreed payment milestones.
2. Technical Specifications and Sample Evaluation
We provide free technical samples for industrial laboratory and boiler compatibility evaluation. While we guarantee that bulk supply shipments will broadly match the gross calorific value (GCV), ash content, and moisture percentages specified in your quote, biomass remains a natural organic product. Minor natural variances within acceptable industry tolerances do not constitute a breach of contract.
3. Logistics, Delivery, and Multi-Ton Freight
Because biomass logistics involve multi-ton commercial transport, the following rules apply:
- Unloading Responsibilities: Unless explicitly agreed upon in writing on the invoice, the client is entirely responsible for arranging adequate equipment (cranes, forklifts, or manual labor) and safe clearance at the delivery site for bulk trucks.
- Demurrage Charges: Delays in unloading vehicles at the client’s facility exceeding the standard designated window may result in additional freight demurrage charges billed directly to the client.
- Force Majeure: We are not liable for delivery delays resulting from severe weather disruptions, agricultural harvest shortages, or interstate transport restrictions beyond our direct control.
4. Payment Terms and Invoicing
For standard industrial accounts, a designated percentage advance payment is required to schedule manufacturing and transport routing. The remaining balance must be cleared against delivery documents or within the strictly agreed credit window specified on your commercial invoice. We reserve the right to suspend ongoing multi-ton supply drops if an account has overdue balances.
5. Use of Website and Account Security
If you set up an account on our OpenCart portal to manage bulk orders or track sample shipments, you are entirely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential. You agree not to use our platform to transmit fraudulent inquiries, scrape bulk pricing configurations, or interfere with our sliding drawer cart system mechanics.
6. Limitation of Liability
Gauryog Bioenergy will not be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or operational losses (including factory downtime or boiler damage) resulting from the improper handling, storage, or combustion of biomass fuels contrary to the manufacturer’s technical guidelines.
7. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of your use of this website or our bulk supply contracts will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
